Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with LUIX . We value our customers and aim to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Used or damaged products caused after delivery

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • Otherwise, customers may need to bear the shipping cost.
